• Product Description 1050 screws and plugs PRO PLUG for Wood Decking kit contain Grade 305 stainless steel #1 square drive #8 x 2-1/2" fasteners, XTR Classic Espresso Bamboo plugs, a Glue Nozzle, and an extra replacement driver bit(s).
• Application Pre-drill until cap touches the plank for at least 5 second to get a perfect sized hole. Blow out all the dust from the hole . Place plug in the drill hole, and use wood block as cushion to hammer plug into hole. The plug should flush perfectly.
• Product Size Plugs of Diameter 0.354" (9.0mm) x Thickness 0.276" (7.0mm). Screw T20, #8 x Length 2.5" (64mm) 10 lb box with 1050 each of #8 2-1/2" screws and Dasso XTR Bamboo plugs,
• Comments In case you fail to get the plugs flushed, use chisel to level plug. Avoid spot sanding the plug as you will tend to over sand and will now have to color match every spot you over sanded. D-plugs are unfinished intentionally to allow gluing or staining.
• Corrosion Information For applications exposed to salt air, near large bodies of water, swimming pools or other areas where corrosion is more likely to occur, always use Grade 316 stainless steel screws.
