• Application Drill all the way until cap touches the plank for at least 5 second to get a perfect sized hole. Blow out all the dust from the hole . Place plug in the drill hole, and use wood block as cushion to hammer plug into hole. The plug should flush perfectly.

• Comments In case you fail to get the plugs flushed, use chisel to level plug. Avoid spot sanding the plug as you will tend to over sand and will now have to color match every spot you over sanded. D-plugs are unfinished intentionally to allow gluing or staining
• Corrosion Information For applications exposed to salt air, near large bodies of water, swimming pools or other areas where corrosion is more likely to occur, always use Grade 316 stainless steel screws.
