It is made of 87% natural bamboo fiber and 13% Phenolic Resin (the same resin used in bowling balls).

Fused for Strength

We extract all the nutrients from the bamboo, impregnate it with phenolic resin, then compress it 2:1 to form Fused Bamboo®.

THE PROCESS

    5-7 year old stalks cut from natural bamboo forest

  • cut to length and split in strips

  • crushed into strands and deep-carbonized
